Here at Angela Q, we inspect all products before putting them into a package. Every single product we ship is handled with care and shipped with reliable shipping services. We use USPS & UPS to ship our products. Every product is handled, inspected, and shipped by a pearl expert to ensure you get the perfect pearl jewelry every time. Please allow our experts 24 to 48 hours to inspect and ship your order and for there to be a tracking number. Please note that our shipping services are the United States and not international.

If you are unsatisfied with your  purchase, don’t worry! We provide FREE 90 Day Returns and Exchanges** from your shipping date*. We will provide a free return shipping label and the best of the best customer service for fast and reliable interactions.

 

If you want to exchange your purchase with something else, our excellent customer service agents will help you through this process AT NO EXTRA COST*, as long as the exchange date isn’t past the Free 90 Day Returns and Exchanges** date.

 

*Returns and Exchanges must be in their original packaging, must not be used, and in new condition.

How to Begin a Return and Exchange

Step 1: Contact us at support@angelaqpearl.com to begin your exchange. Our fast and reliable customer service agents will respond as soon as possible. They may need some important information so please have them ready to avoid hassles and delays. Some pieces of information may include: Purchase receipt, email and telephone.

 

Step 2: We will provide a FREE shipping label with all the information on it so you just need to put it on the shipping box of the original package to ship the product back to us. Please make sure that the product and items are in their original packaging before shipping them back to us or they may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Step 3: Now just wait until the package has arrived back to us and we will provide a FULL REFUND*. Please allow around 5-7 business days for your bank to fully process the refund.

Return Policy

Our Free 90 Day Return and Exchange policy gives a lot of extra time and freedom for you to make returns. This policy mainly applies to our regular products that are available all year round. Returns and Exchanges may vary for products that were on sale, limited edition products, seasonal products, or customized items. Please contact our customer service agents to see if your product is eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

When the products and items have been returned, it may take up to a week for them to be processed and initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank account 5-7 business days after the refund process has been started. If you have any questions or concerns about the return policy and if your product is eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@angelaqpearl.com.

Please also note that we, Angela Q, are not responsible for any damages or losses while in the process of returning or exchanging. Losses or damages to the product might cause the product or item to be ineligible for a refund.

 

ALL Returns must be processed through a customer service agent before returning. If you return an item without contacting a customer service agent, we will not issue a refund.
